|Dean to offer class on soups and sauces|
Land O’ Lakes Area Artisans Inc. (LOLA) will host a class with Chef Jimmy Dean of the Guides Inn Restaurant in Boulder Junction Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ely Memorial Church kitchen in Land O’ Lakes.
Dean will share his favorite recipes for sauces, stocks and soups, and teach the participants how to work with stocks and sauces.Dean is a certified chef with the American Culinary Federation. He has been an instructor of culinary arts classes in Green Bay, Fox Valley Technical College and with Nicolet College in Rhinelander.
