Beartooth Taxidermy reopens in St. Germain

Beartooth Taxidermy, located in St. Germain, has reopened its doors to the general public, according to owner Cindi Christman.

Following a 10-year hiatus subcontracting taxidermy work for other companies throughout the country, Christman is returning to doing commissioned work for the public.

Christman has been doing taxidermy for 25 years, with 22 years at her current location at 6145 Highway 70 in St. Germain.

While Christman says she has enjoyed the opportunity to focus and fine-tune her skills on a wide variety of North American and African life-size mammals and game heads, she has missed working directly with individual clients.
