Christopher “Chris” Laux, a lifelong resident of Three Lakes, died Sunday, Nov.  18, 2012, in Three Lakes. He was 36.

Mr. Laux was born Aug. 19, 1976, in Sheboygan. He was a graduate of Three Lakes High School and employed by Anchor Marine. 

A  snowmobile enthusiast, he was named Rookie Mechanic of the Year by the World Snowcross Association.

Survivors include his mother, Sue (Ron Hull) Laux of Kewaunee; father, Bill (Cindy) Laux of Delavan; special friend, Kelly Keating of Three Lakes; maternal grandmother, Joan Justing­er; paternal grandfather, Harry Laux of Three Lakes and Sheboygan; one stepbrother, Patrick Cleveland of Delavan; and other rela­tives.

A memorial service was held Nov. 24 at Grace Lutheran Church in Three Lakes.
