|The family therapist|
By Mary Friedel-Hunt
Dogs are cherished by a good number of people on our planet. Most of us who truly love our dogs — and cats and other pets — consider them to be family members. When they die, we grieve. When they are sick, we worry and rush them off to the vet.
We play with them, select good-quality food for them and yes, in many instances, we allow them to crawl right into bed with us.
