The Northland Pines girls basketball team improved its record to 4-0 with two convincing wins the past week, including the team’s first Great Northern Conference (GNC) victory of the season.

The Eagles beat Hurley 56-36 in a nonconference game last Tuesday and then got a big GNC win over Lakeland, 50-28, on Friday.
