The Northland Pines Basketball Association will hold its inaugural Alumni Basketball Tournament Saturday,?Dec. 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the high school in Eagle River.

“We will play before the boys and girls doubleheader that day,” said association President Don Tess. “We would like to see if we can get a community team to help fill the tourney roster.”

The cost will be $10 per player, due upon playing the first game. Teams are guaranteed to play two games. There will be a championship and consolation.
