By News-Review Staff A 71-year-old Eagle River woman was injured when she was hit by a car while crossing Wall Street in front of the post office in Eagle River last Tuesday evening, according to authorities. Mary Kaye Sergent was walking across Wall Street about 200 feet east of South Second Street when she was struck by an east-bound vehicle driven by John O’Brien, 79, of Eagle River just before 5:30 p.m., according to Eagle River Police Chief Mark Vander Bloomen. |
