Edward Boone passed away peacefully on Dec. 21, 2012. Beloved husband of Rose and loving father of Joy.

Ed was born on July 3, 1923, in Phelps, Wis., and was a World War II veteran.

He worked construction in Milwaukee.

He especially enjoyed fishing on Big Twin Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Florence; brothers, Gordon Boone, Clarence Boone, Skeeter Boone; and sister, Edna Mott.

He is survived by his brother, Ralph Boone (Jan Boone). Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Private services will be held.
