my mother was a lovely person...she tried to see the "good" in mother lived most of her life in california and indiana prior to moving to three lakes approx 10 yrs son jason martin who is also an ICU nurse and i tended to her needs for numerous years....she loved to travel, painting, tending to her plants and making comforters to people in their favorite colors. my mother told me her most fun "road trip" was with my BFF melody pikey and myself when we took her to the casino...we made sure it was a great memory for her.
