Charles “Chuck” Hosey, age 81, a resident of Land O’ Lakes, Wis., formerly of Oregon, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at his home. He was born on April 28, 1931, in Oregon, to Charles and Frances (Gessell) Hosey. He retired from Nagel Lumber Co. in Land O’ Lakes. Chuck served in the National Guard of Oregon in the 1950s.He is survived by his wife, Ellie Hosey of Land O’ Lakes; daughter, Charlei Hosey of Land O’ Lakes; stepson, Marvin Hosey of Yacolt, Wash., grandchildren, Chad Hosey, Casei Riedy, Calvin Riedy, Charsei Riedy, Chance (Jessica) Riedy and Camrei Riedy. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Watersmeet, Mich. Father George Maki will preside. Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River, Wis., and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
