The Three Lakes High School wrestling team recently competed at an invitational event at Wausau East High School, as Emerson Hegeman came away with a 5-0 victory.

Hegeman, wrestling for Three Lakes at 285 pounds, pinned Ryan Sutherland of Tomah in 3:32 of the first round.

He then pinned Cole Salm of Appleton North at 1:23 in round two and took three straight forfeits for the win.
