Eagles get 2 wins in Great Northern

The Northland Pines boys hockey team defeated Tomahawk and Rhinelander last week to remain undefeated in the Great Northern Conference (GNC) with a 10-0 mark.

The Eagles are 13-2 overall and ranked sixth in the state. Pines was scheduled to play at fifth-ranked Wausau West (10-3-1) on Tuesday of this week. Pines and West are in the same Sectional in February, so the game has seeding implications.
