With the Falcons just three points behind the second-place Papermakers, the home team looked to gain ground in the standings with a big win From the opening face-off, Mosinee was extremely aggressive, putting heavy pressure on the Eagle River zone and forcing two Falcons penalties in the first eight minutes of the period.
