The Mosinee Papermakers took home the coveted traveling trophy after defeating the Eagle River Falcons 6-3 in game one Friday and 10-7 Saturday in the annual River Cup hockey series.

The trophy is claimed by whichever team scores the most goals in the two-game exhibition.

The Falcons hosted Mosinee in the first game before an estimated 700 fans.
