Have you ever been to a nice supper club, trying to enjoy your meal, when the person at a nearby table is talking to a friend on his cellphone? If it was only for 15 seconds, you might understand and forgive the transgression, but when the conversation goes on and on, and the talker’s voice gets loud, that’s rude.
