The Three Lakes Center for the Arts in the Northwoods will hold a series of Girls’ Night Out art classes and workshops throughout the spring.

The first class will take place Thursday, March 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the center’s gallery as Linda Woiak will conduct a primer on basketry.

Students will learn how to collect and preserve things found in the woods and use the items to make baskets.
