For the first time ever, a Northland Pines youth boys basketball team has been invited to play in the Wisconsin State Invitational Championship tournament in the fifth-grade division.

The team is comprised of fourth- and fifth-grade boys, along with one third-grader, according to coach Tim Kruse. Other coaches include
