Oneida County District Attorney Michael W. Schiek filed a criminal complaint last week alleging charges of first-degree reckless homicide and party to the crime of first-degree reckless homicide involving Richard A. Lewis, 27, and Jennifer K. Heiting, 27.

Heiting has been incarcerated in the Oneida County Jail since Dec. 11, 2012, and Lewis has been incarcerated in the Oneida County Jail since Jan. 9, 2013, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
