Northland Pines Middle School Principal Jackie Coghlan (above) has been named the 2013 Middle School Principal of the Year for Wisconsin by the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators (AWSA). The announcement was made in the middle school gymnasium last Friday in front of staff and students during a surpise assembly. Joseph Moylan, the president of AWSA made the announcement. Coghlan, who was presented a sash and crown by her co-workers, addressed the audience during the short ceremony.
