Marion “Blab” Kiefer of Eagle River, died in her home Sunday, March 31, 2013. She was 48.

Kiefer was born Oct. 21, 1964, in Wabeno, the daughter of Marvin and Betty Bailey.

She was raised in Wabeno and worked at Leif’s Café and Pizza Hut in Eagle River.

Her hobbies included hunting and spending time with family.

Kiefer was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Bailey; her grandmother, Florence Mondel; and her grandfathers, Elvin Bailey and Albert Holmes.

Survivors include her fiancé, Richard Peters of Eagle River; three daughters, Beverly and Donna (Jeremy) LaPalm, both of Eagle River, and Ruth Champeau of Marinette; one son, Michael (Annie) of Elcho;  five grandchildren; her parents; three brothers, Rick (Dana) of Wabeno, Marvin Lee of Shawano and Porky (Trista) of Suring; four sisters, Bev (Ken) St. Peter of Conover, Kathy (Wayne) Pence of Townsend, Jamie (Jason) Bauer of Laona and Angela Bailey of Wabeno; and her grandmother, Margaret Holmes of Mont.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 12, 2013, at Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
