In a day with a number of season-best times and marks, the Northland Pines High School girls track team finished in third place at its own invite last Tuesday.
The Eagles scored 97 points to take third behind Tomahawk with 142.5 and Houghton, Mich., with 131.
Rhinelander took fourth with 78 points, followed by Hurley with 37.5, Wabeno with 28, Mercer with 23, Three Lakes with 18, Watersmeet, Mich., with 18 and Wakefield-Marinesco with 16.Pines coach Josh Rhode said it was disappointing to
