A group of students are learning the basics of canoeing, including steering and navigation, while out on one of the many different lakes on campus.
The instructor points out on the shoreline where the water level used to be and discusses the decrease over recent years. The class is able to do two things; first, see the changing environment and, second, physically paddle themselves on the water.The outdoors presents a unique opportunity
