New managers, menu give BBT's fresh start

Tim Collard, managing partner of  BBT’s Restaurant in Eagle River, recently announced the relaunch of the restaurant. 
The relaunch signifies new managers, a new menu, and a new way of doing things at BBT’s, and also includes an updated kitchen and bar.
All the food on BBT’s menu is fresh, not frozen, and utilizes the kitchen’s new equipment such as a pressure cooker for chicken and an Alto-Shaam oven for prime rib.
