Trees For Tomorrow schedules programs

Trees For Tomorrow, the natural resources specialty school in Eagle River recently announced it will offer “Leaf Printing” and “Recycled Treasure Island,” two hands-on craft programs, in the coming week.

“Leaf Printing” will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 25. It is part of a series of family programs taking place this summer. Cost is $1 per person or $5 per family.

Children and adults will use leaves and paint to customize a T-shirt. Participants may bring their own T-shirts or buy one from Trees For Tomorrow for $7.

In “Recycled Treasure Island,” youth ages 8-12
