|Mud Run training planned at YMCA|
The YMCA of the Northwoods will hold an eight-week Mud Run training class for those planning to run an upcoming obstacle course.
Two personal trainers will lead the class to help participants practice endurance, strength and agility.
The trainers will lead specific strength training exercises and group runs, along with pre- and post-workout nutrition education.The class will begin June 25
