DNR specialist to speak about wolf management

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) carnivore specialist David MacFarland will speak about state wolf management Tuesday, July 9, at Trees For Tomorrow in Eagle River.

The free public event will begin at 7 p.m. in the education hall on the Trees For Tomorrow campus, located at 519 Sheridan St. East.

MacFarland became carnivore staff specialist for the DNR Bureau of Wildlife Management in April after working as the agency’s wolf, bear and furbearer research scientist.
