Vilas amphibian presentation set at Cloverland Town Hall

Leopard frogs, tree frogs, peepers and salamanders will be among the amphibians that Dr. Richard Howard of Purdue University will talk about at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3, at the Cloverland Town Hall.

Howard’s presentation will cover the number of salamander and frog species in Vilas County and  some of their natural history.

The hour-long presentation is sponsored by the Cloverland Town Lakes Committee, which will hold an open meeting afterwards.
