Motor trolling rule now on idle in state

Special to the News-Review

Going into the rule change, the DNR wanted three-line-per-person trolling statewide. Sixteen counties — including Vilas and Oneida — objected to that rule at the April 8 spring hearings, but the DNR advanced the rule over those objections.
