Some fish starting an early fall pattern

The continued cool weather has dropped the water temperatures down to an early September level and apparently has the fish thinking fall.

This weather, while pleasant to be outdoors, is bad for anglers. We are destined to pay for this with hot weather in the fall, when we really need cooler weather for fishing and hunting. Oh well, we haven’t had “normal” weather all year.

Walleye fishing is pretty good,
