I'm not a fan of the nosey neighbors who are complaining and inquiring with people who are on vacation how long are they are staying at the house? "Are you here a week or a month?". How utterly obnoxious. Mind your own business.

Though I am not a big fan of rentals,I feel for this couple and the rest of us lakers.

I will deduct that home is being rented out to help pay the mortgage. Now this revenue will stop. The couple might have a problem making the note. The home may go into foreclosure. If so it will drive home prices even lower.
