|Illegal tobacco sales drop in 2 counties|
After conducting Wisconsin Wins tobacco compliance checks in a six-county area in the North Woods, the Oneida County Health Department announced that illegal tobacco sales have decreased since last year.
Beginning in June, department officials conducted checks in Vilas, Oneida, Florence, Forest, Price and Lincoln counties.
Results from this year’s checks indicate that illegal tobacco sales rates have decreased across the counties.In Vilas, 44 completed compliance checks yielded seven illegal sales
