Trees For Tomorrow names Todea interim executive director

Cheryl Todea — a 13-year veteran of Trees For Tomorrow — has been named interim executive director of the private, nonprofit natural resources specialty school.

Todea will fill the leadership role until the school’s board of directors selects a permanent replacement for Maggie Bishop, who will leave Trees For Tomorrow to become director of Food Service for the Northland Pines School District.

“Cheryl has the knowledge, passion, skills and experience needed to lead Trees For Tomorrow during this transition time,” said Bill O’Brion, president of Trees’ board of directors.
