Eagle girls lose 54-41 at undefeated Mosinee

The Northland Pines girls basketball team traveled to Mosinee last Friday to take on the top team in the Great Northern Conference (GNC).

After a close first half, the Mosinee Indians pulled away in the second half for a 54-41 victory. The Indians are now 5-0 in the GNC, while Pines fell to 3-2.

“The first half saw both teams playing very evenly,” said Eagles coach Larry Bergum.
