|Eagles split games in Pines Classic; host Antigo Feb. 4|

The seventh-ranked Northland Pines boys hockey team was upset 3-1 by Mosinee in the first game of the Pines Classic Friday night, but the Eagles bounced back to beat Hayward 9-0 Saturday to take third place in the tournament.
University of School of Milwaukee (USM) ended up winning the tournament with a 4-3 win over Mosinee in overtime. USM reached the title game with a 4-0 win over Hayward Friday.
Against Mosinee, USM went up 3-0 in the first period, scoring their third goal on the power play with only one second remaining on the clock.Mosinee never gave up in the contest and scored a tying goal
