By Ken Anderson
A developer’s agreement affecting up to 19 acres of land on Eagle River’s northwest side was given a first review by the Eagle River City Council last week, with authorization to continue discussions that could bring up to 60 duplex and multiple- family housing units into the city.
The site is located between Mill Street and Illinois Road on property owned by Kay and Junior Ludwig, who would provide the land to S.C. Swiderski LLC of Mosinee, a for-profit entity with a diversified portfolio of properties. The proposed agreement indicates the development would add a minimum of $1.5 million
