|Jaycees’ member charged with theft|

A former Eagle River Woman of the Year was charged in Vilas County Circuit Court Monday for allegedly taking more than $16,000 while she was treasurer of the Eagle River Jaycees between Jan. 1, 2012, and May 31, 2013.
Michelle Albaugh, 37, of Eagle River, is charged with theft in a business setting of more than $10,000. The charge is a Class G felony that upon conviction carries a fine of not more than $25,000 or imprisonment up to 10 years, or both.Vilas County Circuit Judge Neal A. Nielsen III appointed
