Badgers headed to the Final Four
By Gary Ridderbusch

It’s a great time to be a Wisconsin basketball fan, as the Badgers defeated Arizona 64-63 in overtime in a physical West Region final Saturday night to reach the Final Four.

The No. 2-seed Badgers (30-7) will make their first Final Four appearance since 2000, and first for 69-year-old coach Bo Ryan, who earned his 704th career victory.

Wisconsin will now face No. 8 seed Kentucky (28-10), a young team that defeated Michigan 75-72 in the Midwest Regional Sunday. The other half of the Final Four bracket features No. 1 seed Florida (36-2) from the South Regional against No. 7 seed Connecticut
