Private, tribal hatcheries get grants to increase walleye production: Stepp

Six private and three tribal fish hatcheries — including the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians — will get a total of $2 million in one-time grants for projects that will increase their capacity to produce larger walleye for stocking in Wisconsin by 470,000 fish per year, state fisheries officials say.

Here we go first we let them spear the walleyes them we turn around and pay them to raise more fish them buy them to stock lakes they spear tell me what is what is wrong with this picture. Are we all dumb white people???
