Woman stunned by act of kindness PDF Print E-mail

Letter to the Editor:

I am an 85-year-old widow on Social Security who met a most generous gentleman in Trig’s grocery store on Friday, May 16.

As I was walking along pushing my cart, he came up to me and said, “You remind me so much of my mother, I?want to help you with your groceries.”

He then handed me a $100 bill and walked away.

I would like to say “thank you” to him, wherever he is, and tell people there are really good people out there.
