|St. Germain supervisors leave meeting over issue with 24-hour posting notice|

The St. Germain Town Board met Monday, June 9, despite Supervisor Tom Christensen informing town Chairman Walt Camp that the posted agenda had not met statutory requirements because it had been posted at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
“Sundays and legal holidays cannot be counted toward the 24-hour posting requirement,” stated Christensen. “I am leaving the meeting on advice from the Wisconsin Towns Association attorney, Lee Turonie, who said, ‘If proper notice has not been given,’ I should not participate in a meeting.”Supervisor John Vojta joined
