Four teachers lose Pines appeal for salary level

Four teachers in the Northland Pines School District lost their appeal of a salary level adjustment after the district held reviews in closed session.

Northland Pines has developed a “pay for performance” salary program with five levels established for salary adjustments, according to District Administrator Mike Richie.
