Every month locals who belong to the Mostly Mondays Poetry Society gather at a local shop to share their original poetry or to read a favorite poem written by someone else. Membership in the group has only one requirement: show up. Besides listening to neighbors and friends read their own poetry, one lucky participant will go home with a door prize — a homemade pie donated by the person who started this group and keeps it going.
