|Training, conditioning can help prevent injuries|

With the school year starting this week, it also means back-to-fall sports for many student athletes. Many high school athletes have returned to the strenuous sports, such as football, soccer, volleyball and cross-country after a summer of relaxing.
But many younger students also participate in sports during the fall, including club activities for football, soccer and cheerleading.
