Many baby boomers had drug problems
By Byron McNutt

THE OTHER DAY, an old friend stopped me at the post office and said he read in the paper that a methamphetamine lab had been found in an old farmhouse in an adjoining county.
My friend, who is in his mid-60s, asked me a rhetorical question, “Why didn’t we have a drug problem when you and I were growing up?” Note: For the record, this story has been around for at least 12 years. The author is unknown.
