Northland Pines band concert at Disney’s Epcot well received

During spring break, a total of 34 Northland Pines High School band students and their eight chaperones traveled to Disney’s Epcot theme park in Orlando, Fla., where they had the oppor- tunity to perform in concert. During spring break, 34 members of the Northland Pines High School (NPHS)?band performed at Disney’s Epcot theme park in Orlando, Fla., for a large group of tourists, families and parents.
This is the first time the  NPHS band has had the opportunity to travel and perform at Epcot.
Under the leadership of Director Brandon Bautz, the band played “The Trombone King,” “Morceau Symphonique,” “Novo Lenio” and “El Capitan.” Senior trombonist Dakota Wagner was featured on “Morceau Symphonique.”
