Jinelle Zaugg-Siergiej, a former Northland Pines hockey player, Wisconsin Badger and Olympian, has been named an assistant coach for the Robert Morris University women’s ice hockey team.
Zaugg, who was in Eagle River during the Fourth of July holiday to play in the OAM Alumni 3-on-3 Hockey Tournament, said she is excited about her first major coaching opportunity at the Division 1 collegiate level.
“For the rest of the summer, I will be involved in numerous hockey camps, attending tournaments and recruiting,” said Zaugg-Siergiej.
