Alex H. Loresch of St. Germain died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at his home. He was 70.
Mr. Loresch was born Dec. 16, 1942, in Oak Park, Ill., the son of Alexander and Alma (née Miles) Loresch. Alex was raised and attended schools in Bellwood, Ill., graduating from Proviso East High School.
He married his wife, Judy (née Weber), July 18, 1981, in Wheaton, Ill. He was employed as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, retiring in 1999. Shortly afterward,

Carol Aldrich Mason of San Antonio, Texas, died Saturday, March 23, 2013, in San Antonio.
Mrs. Mason was born in Three Lakes, the daughter of Herrick and Mary Aldrich. She attended school in Three Lakes before graduating from Whitewater State Teachers College.
She married Harvey Mason Feb. 21, 1942, in Madison. Mrs. Mason’s hobbies included cooking, playing bridge, walking and caring for her animals.

Gordon “Jerry” Mueller died March 30, 2013, at age 81, after a long, stubborn struggle with congestive heart failure. He was surrounded by family.
Dad was born May 29, 1931, in Milwaukee, Wis., son of George and Irene.

Betty J. Muladore of Plainfield, Ill., passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Dianne’s Home in the Northwoods, Eagle River, Wis. She was 86.
Betty was born July 21, 1926, in rural Aux Sable Township, Ill., the daughter of the late Charles and Eda (Wylie) Robinson.
Betty attended and graduated from Oswego High School, in Illinois, in 1944.

Evelyn V. “Evey” Shellberg of Tomahawk, formerly of Chicago, Ill., died March 28, 2013, at Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill. She was 103.
Mrs. Shellberg was born Feb. 16, 1910, in Chicago, the daughter of Fritzhof Anders and Esther (née Friberg) Nelson. She married Arvid Shellberg in Chicago, May 18, 1941.
Mrs. Shellberg was employed as a secretary at Illinois Bell Telephone Co. for 19 years and then as a legal secretary until her retirement.

Mary Ellen Spiess-Arndt of Phelps died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Ministry Eagle River Memorial Hospital in Eagle River. She was 58.
Mrs. Spiess-Arndt was born Oct. 6, 1954, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Robert and Barbara Spiess.
She was employed at the Inn Care Country House in Phelps, Red Man Supper Club in Land O’ Lakes as a waitress and was a caretaker for a private residence.

Eunice Elaine Tabbert, 86, went home to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Tower View Villa in Rosendale, Wis., with her children at her side.
Eunice was born on March 26, 1926, to the late Arthur and Lillie Emma Koeppen Schlorf Pfeiffer at their home in Rogersville, Wis.
