Bernice H. Maier, 88, of Eagle River, Wis., formerly of Arcola, Ill., passed away at 8:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff, Wis.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Arcola, Ill.  Burial will follow in the Arcola Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church with parish rosary at 9 a.m.

Keith W. Moses

Keith W. Moses, formerly of Clearwater Lake, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014. He was 78.

Mr. Moses was born May 22, 1935, in Clear­­water Lake, where he lived until 1939, when he moved to California with his family.

Harlan R. Schley

Harlan R. Schley, age 89, of Clintonville, formerly of Land O’ Lakes, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Pine Manor Health Care Center, Embarrass.

Harlan was born Oct. 22, 1924, in the township of Larrabee, Waupaca County, son of the late William and Emma (Hoffman) Schley.

He was baptized on Nov. 23, 1924, and later confirmed on April 10, 1938, at Christus Lutheran Church, Clintonville.

Julius H. ‘Harry’ Schehl

Julius H. “Harry” Schehl of St. Germain died Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, at his home. He was 82.

Mr. Schehl was born Feb. 1, 1932, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Julius and Alma Schehl.

He attended Tilden Tech high school and Bogan Junior College in Chicago. He married Joanne L. Hamilton Sept. 2, 1950.
