Adult exercise classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Phelps School Sept. 8.
“Take control with exercise,” said coordinator Jackie Fruth. “Relieve your arthritis pain using resistance bands and weights. Introduce exercise to increase balance, check your posture, practice strengthening exercises, range-of-motion exercises, low-impact endurance exercises and learn relaxation techniques.”
