Cecelia ‘Sallie’ Miller

Cecelia “Sal­lie” Mil­ler, age 91, of Sugar Camp, passed away on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Appleton Medical Center.

Sallie was born on Jan. 31, 1922, in Rhinelander, to the late Charles and Jenena (Golembeski) Burzynski.

She married Gordon Miller on Dec. 12, 1942, in Detroit; he preceded her in death on April 30, 2002.

Sallie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She graduated from Three Lakes High School in 1940,

Gordon Parnitzke

Gordon Parnitzke of Eagle River died Tuesday, Jan. 7,  2014. He was 73.

A funeral service will be  held Friday, Jan. 10, at noon at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Eagle River. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Our Savior Lutheran Church are appreciated by the family.

Theodore ‘Ted’ Zielinski

Theodore “Ted” Zielinski Jr. of Land O’ Lakes died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. He was 84.

Mr. Zielinski was born March 7, 1929, in Milwaukee, the son of Theodore and Gladys Zielinski.

He served in the U.S. Armed Forces and had been employed as a firefighter for the city of Milwaukee.

Robert Dickman

Robert Dickman, age 85, of Land O’ Lakes, Wis., passed away very peacefully surrounded by his family on our Lord’s birthday.

Bob enjoyed life to the fullest to the very end. He is now in peace with his beloved wife, Barbara.

Bob was employed by R.G. Moeller Co. in Grandville, Mich.

He was a member of the Hathaway Masonic Lodge in Caledonia,

Dorothy E. Drews

Dorothy E. Drews, age 86, of St. Germain, WI, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013.

She was born May 23, 1927, to Herb Holmquist and Margaret Witterholt in West Allis, WI. After graduating from Nathan Hale High School, she went to work at Allis-Chalmers where she met and married Ray Hintz. There they raised Ray’s two boys, Russ and Jack, then had two girls, Lin and Susie.

They moved to St. Germain from Milwaukee in 1968
